Javanese fried noodles

Javanese? What is that? How about Jawa-style fried
noodles? Sounds familiar to you? Well, I am from Penang,
and I believe every Penangite knows what it is when I say
“Jawa char” haha..

Ingredients
:
(serves 6-7)

- Spaghetti noodles (yellow noodles is preferred, but
this is the only closest thing that is available in moscow)
- Green salad-1 packet (zilionei salat)
- Taugeh- 1 packet (available at Ashan Universitet)
- Fresh lime-1 dont leave this out! it is the essence of Javanese
fried noodles.
(available and cheaper in Ashan universitet)
- Fresh red chili-1
- Prawns – 500g
- Eggs - 5
- Garlic – 5 cloves chopped
- Onion – 2 medium size or 1 big size-chopped
- Chili sauce (Kimball is the best, but Heinz is acceptable)
- Salt
- Sugar
- Pepper (Sarawak pepper is the purest and the best!)
- Dark soya sauce

Steps:
1) Cook one packet of spaghetti noodles, don’t forget
to add oil and a pinch of salt while you are cooking it.
Cook until it is around 80% done, soak in cold water.

2) Beat and fry the eggs. Leave aside. Slice it when ur
hands are free.

3) Stir fry the onion and garlic till fragrant. Add prawns and stir-fry
till fragrant.

4) Add in the 80% cooked spaghetti. Add soya sauce, pepper, chili
sauce, sugar and salt to taste. It should look dark, taste a little
hot and sour.
5) Add taugeh, stir-fry. Do not overcook the taugeh. Leave the fried
noodles aside.

6) Cut chili, green salat, eggs and lime into slices.

7) Ready to serve, dont forget to squeeze the lime!
